Wrong Address on Order

We understand that sometimes mistakes happen when placing an order, and when they do, we will do our best to advise and assist. Please keep in mind that time is of the essence when this happens so you will want to take immediate action. If you find that this the case on an order you've placed, please find the scenario below that best fits where your shipment is located*.

*For security purposes, Skar Audio cannot update or change an address on an order once it is placed. If you would like to change an address after your purchase, but prior to order shipping, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Scenario 1:

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email from Skar Audio, we would recommend taking the following action:

  1. Immediately contact us via our online contact form with your order number.
  2. We will attempt to stop your order from leaving our facility
  3. If we are able to stop the item from shipping, we will notify you in a return email response that we have canceled and refunded your order so that it can be replaced using the proper address.

Scenario 2:

If you have received confirmation of your item shipping including the tracking information from for the shipping carrier, BUT do not see any movement in the tracking history, we would recommend taking the following action.

  1. Immediately contact us via our online contact form with your order number.
  2. We will attempt to stop your order from leaving our facility
  3. If we are able to stop the item from shipping, we will notify you in a return email response that we have canceled and refunded your order so that it can be replaced using the proper address.

Scenario 3:

If you have received confirmation of your item shipping including the tracking information from for the shipping carrier, AND the item shows that it is currently in transit with the carrier, we would recommend taking the following action:

  1. Locate all of your tracking information. Please keep in mind that there may be multiple tracking numbers if you have ordered many items.
  2. Visit the carrier's website (i.e. Fedex.com) and enter your tracking information. Look for options to manage your shipment. This may require you to register a free account to manage this and any future deliveries.
  3. Most carriers will allow you to select a local access point nearest you for you to pick up your shipment at your convenience instead of having the item delivered to the incorrect address
  4. If you are unable to manage this online, immediately contact us via our online contact form with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Scenario 4:

If your package has been shipped and the tracking shows it was delivered, there is nothing further Skar Audio can do at this point to assist. Skar Audio assumes no liability for orders that are shipped with the incorrect address on the order as input by the customer. You may reach out to the carrier to see if there is anything further they can do to recover your package at your discretion.
