Question: How long does it take to receive my refund for items that I have returned?

Skar Audio works as quickly as possible to provide customers returning items the fastest turnaround time when refunding a purchase. All items that arrive to Skar Audio for a refund are processed within 24 hours of arrival to Skar Audio. Once processed by our Returns Team, your refund can take up to 7 business days to be returned to your original payment method.

Question: Can I receive my refund to another method other than my original payment method?

For security purposes, Skar Audio is only able to place refunds to your original payment method. If you are unable to receive a refund to your original payment method, we would recommend working with your card issuer or financial institution prior to sending your item(s) back for a refund as often times they have options available to accept the refunded money. If you have used a prepaid card and no longer have the card, please contact the card issuer for alternative options.

Question: My item(s) are outside 30 days from the original date of purchase, but unopened and have not been used. Can I still receive a refund?

Skar Audio is unable to accept returns for a refund on items that are outside 30 days from the date of purchase.

Question: If I used a coupon or rewards points, do these get returned if I opt to return my item(s) for a refund?

If a coupon code or rewards points coupon is used at the time of purchase, it is surrendered as part of your purchase. These will not be returned or reactivated if you choose to return your item for a refund. The refund will be placed for the amount of money spent at the time of the purchase. For example, If the item costs $100.00 and a $20 coupon is used at the time of checkout, you are charged $80 for an item that costs $100. If you return the items, we would provide a refund for the $80 that was paid for the item outside of the coupon code.
